One of the key elements of Youth Group that makes us is that we always share a meal together. This has been made possible due to generous people like you who have provided food for our students every year.
Our Middle Schoolers meet on Sunday mornings from 11am-12:30pm and eat around 11:15am.
Please plan for 35-40 kids and leaders.
Our High Schoolers meet on Sunday nights from 6-8pm and eat dinner around 6:15pm.
Please plan for 35-40 kids and leaders.
Meals do not need to be gourmet by any means and we try to keep it around $50/meal. It is ok if you go over $10/15, but we could not maintain that through both semesters. Some volunteers provide a dessert like ice cream or cookies, but that is not expected. We provide water and lemonade.
ALL MEALS ARE REIMBURSED IF YOU KEEP RECEIPTS AND TURN THEM IN TO AMY CADE (acade@yourcalvary.church).
